About us

Løvold AS is part of the family-owned group Løvold Solution, which, with roots dating back to 1938, has for generations offered products and services to the marine and maritime industries.

Today, Løvold AS's core business is anchoring systems with analysis and project management, in addition to wire rope and lifting systems. As both a partner and a supplier, our goal is to deliver quality at every stage.

We're proud of our long history and are working purposefully towards the future.

Løvold Solution is ISO 14001 certified, and Løvold AS as a subsidiary is also in line with this. In addition, Løvold AS is ISO 9001 certified.

The analysis department is accredited for anchorage analysis, and Wire og løft has approval as an Expert Organisation 8.3.

Løvold AS's head office is centrally located at Rønvikleira in Bodø, where we are part of Løvold Havpark. In the summer of 2026, we will move into the new building for the marine park, a sustainable building with BREEAM Outstanding standard where we will work in collaboration with others for "green growth in blue industry".

In Havparken, we have office space as well as modern production and storage facilities. Here we carry out everything from hand polishing to advanced modern processes.

We are constantly developing and updating both equipment and expertise.
